Grounding in Purpose & Ethics
At RTI, we believe skilled hands require a steady heart. Originally founded as a mentorship forum by Wali Hannington, our Religion Department continues to raise a generation of disciplined and purpose-driven individuals, ensuring our trainees are grounded in strong ethical principles and moral character.
Comprehensive 3-month thorough trainings with practicals for church leaders and ministers.
Instilling the RTI core values of Integrity, Honesty, and Diligence into every trainee's spiritual life.
Leading the Friday **RTI Community Charity Day** to ensure students impact their communities meaningfully.
The Religion Department oversees the foundational mentorship structures that have shaped RTI for over a decade. We emphasize that education is not just knowledge transfer, but life transformation.
Unlike other departments, our Theology modules consist of 6 weeks of study followed by 4-week breaks to allow for practical ministry application.
RTI maintains a code of ethics regarding appropriate dressing and behavior, yields to authority, and promotes a culture of mutual respect.
Through our relational approach, church leaders and young ministers are equipped with renewed perspective and effectiveness in ministry, supported by our extensive library and visionary leadership.
All are welcome regardless of background, yielding to our shared code of conduct.
