The Examinations Department at Radiance Training Institute is responsible for the integrity of our competence-based assessments. Under the oversight of our Quality Assurance Officer and Dean, we ensure that every student meets the rigorous 75% pass mark required to master their craft and transition into the professional world with verifiable excellence.
Modular Testing
Managing standardized testing schedules for day, evening, and hybrid class modules with strict academic protocols.
Competence Validation
Evaluating thoroughly supervised practicals (2-week intensives) to ensure real-world skill efficacy and professional readiness.
TVETA Certification
Verifying academic results for the issuance of licensed certificates and diplomas (Registration: TVETA/PRIVATE/TVC/0039/2024).
Academic Evaluation Guidelines
Our examination process is designed to be relational and impact-oriented. Beyond simple recall, we assess life transformation and practical skill mastery.
Minimum Grade Requirements
Students must attain at least 75% in each course and maintain a 70% overall average to qualify for the final graduation ceremony.
Attendance & Eligibility
Missing 30% of scheduled lessons (3 lessons per subject) results in an automatic fail. Regularity and punctuality are cornerstones of our evaluation.
Quality Assurance
All RTI examinations are moderated to meet the current global trends in ICT, Business, and Cosmetology. We utilize our online library resources to benchmark our tests against leading academic standards.
